                                  FAQ

1.  Paint- Cans with wet paint can be disposed at the Convenience Center. The paint should have dirt, kitty liter, or saw dust placed in them to help solidify the wet paint before they are deposited in the open top box. A paint hardener can be purchased at the local hardware stores to help speed up this process.
2. Tree Limbs and Yard Waste- These items may be brought to the Convenience Center for disposal. We have a tree pile that you place your items in and then once or twice a year we grind up the waste into mulch and give it away to the public.

3. Appliances (Refrigerator, stoves, washers, dryers, freezers and any other appliances) These items may be brought to the Convenience Center and placed in our barn for recycling.

4.  Metal- We accept all types of metal. We have a metal pile where you place the metal. The metal is then recycled.

5. Televisions- We accept all types of televisions at the Convenience Center. Currently we do not recycle the televisions but plan to do so in the future.

                                   Call 502-633-2699 for questions.
