Fiscal Court Accepting Bids for Rock for 2009-2010 Fiscal Year

 

SHELBYVILLE, KY.  Shelby County Judge-Executive Rob Rothenburger announced that the Shelby County Road Department is now accepting bids for rock for upcoming fiscal year.

 

DGA, #2 Stone, and Class 2 Channel Lining are needed.  (Stone must meet Kentucky Transportation specifications, stone to be bid as delivered price per ton to the Shelby County  Road Department or location if applicable).

 

Bids are to be submitted to the Shelby County Road Department on or before 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2009.  Bids will be opened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2009.  Bids will be awarded at the July 7, 2009 Fiscal Court meeting held at 7:00 p.m.

 

Shelby County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
