  • Pedestrian who do not use receptacles.
  • Motorists who do not use ashtrays or litter bags.
  • Business dumpster that are improperly covered.
  • Trucks with uncovered loads on local roads and highways.
  • Household trash scattered before collection.
  • Construction and demolition sites.
  • Loading docks with inadequate waste receptacles.
 
Programs the Clean Community promotes, oversees and enforces for the County
 
Promotes:
*Commonwealth Clean up Week, Ky. River Sweep & Community Clean up Days.
* Adopt-A-County Road
* Environmental Education and Civic Presentations
* Water Watch Classes
