SHELBYVILLE, KY.
Judge-Executive Rob Rothenburger announces the
re-appointment of Wesley Jones to the Shelby County
Ethics Commission, following approval from the fiscal
court at the January 7th, 2009 fiscal court

The purpose of the
Shelby County Ethics Commission is to ensure a fair and
unbiased system of review should any question of ethics
or personal conflict arise among county employees and
county elected officials.
“Wes [Jones] over the
past few years has worked very diligently with the other
members of the Ethics Commission to review and overhaul
the current ethics ordinance, which they will soon be
submitting to the Shelby County Fiscal Court with
updated changes for ratification. We can’t thank Wes
[Jones] enough for the time and talents he has given to
make all this possible,” states Rothenburger.
